For many years I have worked in various companies in Europe - from the service and manufacturing sectors to recruitment agencies that deal with international employment. This experience has given me an understanding of the difficulties people face when looking for work abroad and the requirements employers set.
Seeing the need for a more honest and transparent approach, I decided to create my own platform that will become a bridge between job seekers and European companies. My task is to make the employment process as simple, safe and comfortable as possible for each candidate.
I believe that success begins with trust, and the most important thing in our work is honesty and care for people.
Education
2010
In 2010, I started working for an international recruitment agency, where I was involved in recruiting for European companies. It was there that I first saw the importance of having an honest intermediary between the candidate and the employer.
Over time, I worked in various fields, from manufacturing to service, which allowed me to understand firsthand the difficulties that workers face abroad.
The experience I gained and the desire to help people became the basis for the creation of WorkBridge LT. I founded the company with the goal of making the employment process simple, transparent and safe, so that every candidate could find a reliable job and feel confident in the future.
2015
2015 – I joined a large European company, where I was responsible for the search and adaptation of employees from other countries. There I learned to build processes so that people quickly integrate into a new working environment, and I realized how much support is needed at all stages — from the first interview to starting work.
2017
In 2017, I founded the WorkBridge group, bringing together recruiters, lawyers and consultants. The goal was to provide comprehensive support for candidates seeking formal employment in Europe. Thanks to this, we not only select vacancies, but also support our clients at all stages: from preparing documents to adapting to a new place of work.
